The staff are incredible, we really enjoyed them. The hotel is in the central location right opposite a supermarket. And it's next to car rentals and center of Alcudia.

No reason to complain, the venue met needs well, strongly recommend it. Everything was excellent here, and the views were good. All the staff was kind and very good, fixed my issues. The location of the hotel was amazing, to a very beautiful port. Found time to see Bournemouth Beach, that's not too far from the property. There was an outdoor bar.

You guys made our stay such wonderful. The room was separate, and we had a lovely view of the pool. The staff were very nice, excellent. The hotel was incredibly beautiful and in a central location. It was located in a lovely quiet area adjacent to the sea and bus station, everything, excursions, car rentals, restaurants, the beach, supermarkets & souvenir shops 100 %, and the island.
